How to report a bug

If something in CocoaCraft OS does not work correctly, please report it through the chat widget or by sending an email to [email protected].
Bug reports are important because CocoaCraft OS is not just a static website. It is a production system. If something does not work correctly, it may interrupt formulation work, production records, ingredient tracking, run history, or the ability to make good decisions.
A good bug report helps us understand what happened and correct the issue faster.
When reporting a bug, include the page you were on, what you were trying to do, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, any error message you saw, whether the issue happened once or repeatedly, and what device or browser you were using if you know it.
Screenshots are very helpful when available.
A useful bug report does not need to be technical. It just needs to clearly describe the problem.
For example, this is helpful:
“I was creating a production run from a formulation. I clicked save, but the page did not update. I expected the run to appear in my list, but nothing changed.”
That kind of report gives enough context to investigate.
This is less helpful:
“It did not work.”
The more clearly the issue is described, the faster it can be reviewed.
Bug reports may also reveal more than code problems.
Sometimes a bug report shows that a workflow is confusing, a button is in the wrong place, a page does not explain itself well enough, a process step needs better structure, or the software does not match how chocolate makers actually work.
That feedback matters.
CocoaCraft OS is built around real production workflows. When users report issues, those reports help improve the software, but they also help improve the production model behind the software.
If something blocks your work, causes confusion, creates extra steps, or makes production recording harder than it should be, please report it.
The faster an issue is reported, the easier it is to understand what happened and improve the system.
