If you are having trouble logging into CocoaCraft OS, first confirm that you are using the same email address used when your account was created.
Some login issues happen because the login email, browser session, or workspace access does not match the account setup.
Try the following steps:
Confirm the email address is correct.
Check your inbox for any login or magic-link email.
Check spam, junk, promotions, or filtered folders.
Refresh the page and try logging in again.
If using a login link, open it in the same browser where you started the login process.
Try a different browser if the issue continues.
If you still cannot log in, send a message through the chat widget.
Include the email address you are using and describe what happens when you try to log in. If you see an error message, include that as well.
CocoaCraft OS uses account access to protect user and workspace data. If something looks wrong, we can review the account setup and help get access corrected.
