If you can log in but cannot access the correct workspace, dashboard, or production area, please contact us through the chat widget.
Workspace access controls which company, team, or maker environment you can use inside CocoaCraft OS. This helps keep production records, formulations, ingredient lots, and business data separated.
An access issue may look like:
You can log in but do not see the expected dashboard.
You are redirected to the wrong area.
You cannot access Maker Workshop features.
You expected to see company data but the workspace appears empty.
You were invited but cannot access the correct account.
When reporting a workspace issue, include the email address you used to log in, the company or workspace you expected to access, the page or screen you are seeing, whether this is your first time logging in, and whether another team member invited you.
Access issues are important because CocoaCraft OS is designed to protect production and business records. If workspace access is incorrect, it should be corrected before entering or changing important data.
